Over the course of three days our team was on site at the car dealership ensuring customers and dealership employees were comfortable using the product. We led in-person training sessions in rotations with all members of the organization alongside training materials. We also transferred real data into the product from the dealership's CRM for a seamless transition. Now, every lead or transaction is accounted for digitally and ensures a compliant and easy sales process for everyone involved. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Westchester Toyota and all future dealerships that incorporate TDC into their ecosystem.
